Convertex Digital provides CRO, SEO, and Analytics services designed to enhance the client’s online presence and conversion rates. The specific scope and details of the services will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement with the client.

4. Payment Terms

• Clients agree to pay Convertex Digital the fees as specified in the service agreement.
• Payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
• Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary information, resources, and access to systems required for Convertex Digital to effectively perform the agreed-upon services.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to Convertex Digital do not infringe on third-party rights and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the term of this agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property created by Convertex Digital during the provision of services will remain the property of Convertex Digital until full payment is received.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Convertex Digital warrants that it will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
• No other warranties are provided, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertex Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided.
• Convertex Digital’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to this agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

Convertex Digital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
